Hooptober, for those unfamiliar, is a horror-themed movie-watching challenge in which participants aim to watch 31 horror films that meet a set of specific criteria. Created by Letterboxd user Cinemonster, this is its twelfth year, and Michael and Amanda’s first time participating.
In this episode, they break down the challenge, the films they watched, how they made their selections, and any obstacles that came up along the way. It’s a loose, freewheeling conversation and a lot of fun.
